NEW SERVICE! RSPM is now offering potential clients the ability to hire one of our experts to conduct a Rental Market Analysis Report. The Rental Market Analysis Report consists of an expert’s opinion on what a property’s units should rent at in the given rental market, in addition to a prediction of what the units could demand in rent if the right expenses are put into the property. This new service was created by popular demand. It is based on a similar service already being provided by Holly Coulas to her pre-existing client list and client referrals. The added benefit of this service is that there is essentially no fee for this service if you become an RSPM client. There is also no waiting list for existing RSPM clients!
End of Bad Tenancy Exit Strategies
Although every tenancy agreement is entered by the tenant with good intentions, these tenancies can take a turn for a number of reasons (Loss of income, Family Separation etc.).
