Buildium is an application that can be downloaded for free from your Smart Phone’s App Store / Play Store.

Important Setup Information
RSPM will require a valid email address to send your invitation to Login to your Tenant Portal. If you have not provided us with a valid email address and/or you have not received an invitation from RSPM to set up your Tenant Portal, please contact us. The App and Link will not work until you send us your email information and we send you an invitation to set up your Tenant Portal.

All non-emergent maintenance issues are encouraged to be reported through Buildium so you can see all the updates as they happen.
