Appointments for viewing are arranged through our office. One of our agents will meet you on-site and show you the rental unit. Once you have viewed the rental unit an application will have to be filled out.

It takes approximately 48 – 72 hours for your application to be processed.

Rent Collection
RSPM offers a variety of methods for tenants to pay their rent. Highlighted methods include: Cash deposits made at any RBC locations, post-dated cheques, e-money transfers or direct transfer for RBC customers.

Office Hours
General office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

We offer rental unit showings outside of office hours by booked appointment only.

Please leave a clear and detailed message with your name, number and emergency reason for calling and one of our agents will contact you immediately.

Information and Services for Existing & New Tenants

Maintenance & Repairs Services
If you have an emergency after regular business hours, please call our office. Examples of emergencies include: leaking roofs, water leaks, floods and fires. We have agents on call to deal with all emergency situations.

All other maintenance and repairs should be in writing and directed to our office. We respond to all maintenance requests within 48 hours of receiving them.

Noise Complaints
All tenants are responsible for providing an atmosphere where other tenants may reasonably enjoy their apartment. If you experience noise problems please contact our office. If the problem continues you should contact the police. You should maintain a log of the report number and the time the noise occurred as this information may be required for eviction purposes.

Tenants Moving IN
Please book an appointment for your move in and suite inspection (rental condition report). All move ins and inspections are arranged any time after 12 noon on the first of the month. All appointments are booked on a first come, first serve basis so please plan ahead.

Tenants Moving OUT
All our rental agreements state that you must give 60 days (two months) notice, in writing, to terminate your month-to-month rental agreement. Notices to vacate must be received in our office on, or before the first day of the month. Please allow extra time if you are mailing your notice by regular post in place of hand delivery.

Disconnecting Utilities
If you have agreed to pay for any utilities (not including telephone and cable), you are responsible for paying the cost of utilities to the end of your tenancy. It is also your responsibility to contact the appropriate providers to inform them when your tenancy ends. Please provide them your forwarding address so that your final billing may be forwarded to you.

Moving Out & Cleaning Your Unit
Your unit will be inspected once you have completely vacated your unit. You are responsible for cleaning the rental unit. A list was provided in the move in package you received with items that need to be cleaned at move out. All belongings must be removed from the unit. 

An appointment needs to be made in the last month of your tenancy with our office to complete your move out suite inspection (rental conditions report).
